Welcome to our site! If you are a resident of Symphony at the Reserve and have not yet registered, please do so! This will allow you access to the "Residents" section of the website and will allow us to keep you up to date on what is happening in our neighborhood.

Symphony at the Reserve is a residential community located North of 159th St and West of Pflumm, across from the Johnson County Executive Airport in Olathe, Kansas. Conveniently located on the edge of Olathe and Overland Park, options are endless and commutes are short. In the summers, residents can enjoy the community pool owned and operated by the Symphony at the Reserve Homes Association.

Reminder for Replacement Roofing

With the recent weather in our community, many residents are having their roofs replaced. Be sure to consult the SatR restrictions on roofing materials. Any questions or concerns related to restrictions should be sent to HAS for review.
