Our neighborhood is located on the southeast side of Olathe between 151st and 159th Streets and between Pflumm and Blackbob Roads in Johnson County.

 

Symphony at the Reserve, a residential subdivision, is a custom home subdivision that was developed by Brown Midwest, LLC in 2003. The developer turned the community over to the Homeowners Association in 2005. All owners of lots in Symphony at the Reserve automatically become members of Symphony at the Reserve Homeowners Association, Inc., a Kansas Not-For-Profit Corporation.

 

Symphony at the Reserve fire hydrant and water supply is provided by the City of Olathe. KCP&L provides electricity. Atmos Energy provides natural gas. Johnson County Waste Water provides sewage.

 

All streets, except driveways and limited common area streets, have been dedicated to the public and are maintained by the City of Olathe. Sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowner.
